This year we started The Fishel Family Foundation. We are a private foundation that focuses on serving our communities, both here in the US and abroad. We have been unbelievably blessed in our lives and in lieu of a registry or any gifts for our wedding, we would love for you to join us in this effort and make whatever contribution you are comfortable with making here - no gift is too small and we already have an awesome butter dish.

Some of the initial causes we are supporting in 2024 are the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation where Bill was recently elected Chairman of the Board, the Rick and Anne Fishel Scholarship at Yale that we established to help pay the tuition for students who did not have the same extraordinary financial support of their parents, and local charities in Merida, Mexico to give back to a community that has already filled our cups to the brim.

Please discuss with your tax preparer about the deductibility of your gift. For cleaner accounting, please also post-date checks for Jan 2024 as we should be obtaining our final tax exempt status in the 2024 calendar year.
